With more than 30 years of healthcare experience, Sheril serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Neurological Recovery Center and NeuroKinetix Clinic. In this role, she lends leadership support to neuro-based sister companies such as Neuro Rehab VR and Performance Adaptive Gym. She earned her master’s degree in communication disorders from the University of Houston and her bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in education from Tulane University. Sheril is a clinician by trade, having worked in both the nonprofit and for-profit sectors of healthcare as a healthcare provider, consultant and administrator. From speech-language pathologist to COO, her passion now lies in healthcare leadership, program development and business operations. Her broad scope of accomplishments includes proven leadership in a variety of rehabilitation settings. Sheril is married to the love of her life, and together, they have 2 children and a lovable dog. When she is not working or with family, you can find her listening to audiobooks, watching movies, attempting new recipes in the kitchen or enjoying long walks.
